Each of the 9 private Bungalows is 100% independent and has it's own unique vibe. All Bungalows are cute and clean and offer a private furnished patio, keyless entry, kitchenette with Full-Sized fridge/freezer, utensils, dining table, smart TV, air-fryer micro, full bath, serene countryside views & more. Please note: If you are an individual NOT renting as part of a group package, you still have full access to our Complimentary Community features as well including the deluxe pool with tanning ledge and Sunbrella furniture, accessible pool bathroom, neckroll hot tub, Lava Rock gas firepit w/ Polywood seating, a separate cozy conversation area with Polywood seating just outside the covered community TV hang-out area, Blackstone propane griddle, custom cornhole & other games, WiFi, parking options for larger vehicles plus complimentary use of the guest laundry room (detergent & supplies provided). Please also note: Our accessible unit, Bungalow 4, offers a dedicated van-accessible parking spot, wheelchair access, grab bars, ADA shower and other accessible interior features.

The Main Barndo offers TONS of space & features including a Full Kitchen with cookware, 2nd butler kitchen with barware, 2 living rooms, 5 Smart TV's, 4-person eating island, 8-person dining table, 5-person TV bar, PLUS the Cool Upstairs Hayloft that offers a fun Neon sign, a 2nd full Bathroom, 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bed in the Loft/Office, 4 adorable Queen Bed Nooks & extra hang-out space! The Main Barndo now also offers a main floor private king bedroom with it's own private bathroom taking the total sleeping capacity to 14 while the additional 9 Bungalows sleep up to 30 for a total package capacity of 44 people max at any time during group stays! The Main Barndo provides that perfect extra gathering/sleeping space for Reunions, Retreats, Team Building, Wedding Party stays or just about any type of group get-together!

The Rentable Pool Lounge is a fully furnished 750 square foot poolside oasis complete with a full kitchen, full bathroom, reversible poker card table, whiskey dry bar, eating island, upscale finishes and a 16' glass slider with direct access to the pool, hot tub and lava rock firepit! Please note: The Pool Lounge can only be rented as an add-on to any of the Group Packages above. All stays and rentals are for a minimum of 2-nights (some holidays require 3 nights). We are located on 4 beautiful countryside acres between the Cities of Weatherford and Granbury, Texas in "The Cutting Horse Capital of the World". Plus we are just minutes to Granbury Square, Hunter Park Boat Launch (Lake Granbury), Warren's Backyard (Live Music), Bosque Ranch Headquarters (Cutting Horse Events), Rio Brazos Grill (fine dining) and the filming locations for Yellowstone, Landman and many other popular shows. Our guests appreciate that our property is rural, gated and secure with keypad entry and exit for peace of mind. All designated parking stalls are long and most accommodate a truck and trailer with plenty of on-site overflow parking available for extra rigs, trailers and/or oversized vehicles.

We live on-site in "The Barndo Mini" on the back 2 acres and are here to take care of the little things for you while hosting including answering questions, explaining features and amenities if needed, servicing the pool (every morning), washing pool towels and emptying community garbage cans (daily). Even though we live on-site to keep things functioning well here, we do understand and respect your desire for privacy during your time here. If you are planning a family reunion, look no further! We rented all 9 bungalows and the poolroom and had an unforgettable experience—this is easily the best vacation rental I have ever rented in 30 years. The beds and linens were awesome, and all of the amenities on site were amazing. Becky and Scott are absolute masters of hospitality! They generously supplied every bungalow's fridge with a wonderful variety of drinks (water, soda, beer, and a bottle of wine) and left large, beautiful snack baskets in each room. Barndo Bungalows was the perfect find for our Fourth of July trip to Lake Granbury when the family lake house was already full — and honestly, it was a highlight of the whole trip!

The bungalow itself is cute, stylish, and genuinely nice — not just Instagram-cute.

The fridge had drinks waiting, there were snacks on the counter, a great TV, and they even had Black Rifle Coffee.

The grass around the property is soft and green with no stickers.

The pool area is beautiful and peaceful — you’re out in the country hearing birds and horses, and the stars at night are incredible.

On my morning walk spotted a deer, which was such a sweet surprise.

It’s only about 20 minutes from the lake, so you get the best of both worlds: quiet country charm and easy access to all the lake activities.

The Wi-Fi was also excellent, which mattered a lot since I had a presentation to prep for during the trip.

Another perk if you’re visiting around the Fourth: the lake itself is loud with fireworks until 11 or midnight, but out here you don’t hear any of it. It’s a great option if you want the holiday fun during the day but a peaceful, quiet night’s sleep after.

But what really sets this place apart are the hosts. They have everything on lock — communicative, organized, and so warmly welcoming. They even left an adorable keepsake made by their grammie, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Also worth noting — this would be a fantastic venue for a company retreat or group getaway. There’s a main Barndo along with several smaller ones around it, so you could rent the whole place out for a group.

It’s peaceful, private, and just far enough out of town to feel like a real escape while still being close to the lake.

Highly recommend for anyone visiting Granbury or Lake Granbury or just wanting to get away.

Our 3-night stay was absolutely incredible and truly incomparable to anything else. The bungalow was spotless and the property beautifully maintained. We spent a sunny day peacefully enjoying the pool where the owners thought of every detail, from high quality seating, tables, umbrellas, floats, etc. Evenings were just as special, relaxing by the firepit and chatting on our private porch while taking in the sights and sounds of nature. The owners thought of every detail—everything you could possibly need is provided in the bungalow. They live on site, and it’s clear how much pride they take in what they’ve built and continue to maintain. Their hospitality made the experience unforgettable. My husband and I travel once a month, this is the absolute cleanest place I have ever stayed. The accommodations are amazing, you have everything you need down to the boot jack in your room. Black Rifle coffee and water in your room. Slept great on a comfortable bed with black out curtains and an FAN in your room! Who provides that for you? The bungalows are so well put together with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a well stocked kitchen.
